Mindfulness Instructors

Rod Francis is an international Coach, teacher, speaker and writer. Alongside several other professional qualifications, Rod is an International Coach Federation credentialed Positive Psychology coach having trained with Robert Biswas-Diener. He’s been coaching and mentoring for almost two decades, teaching for over 3 decades and is the Head of Coaching Faculty @ the Human Potential Institute.

Rod has had a meditation practice for approximately three decades and has sat many teacher led retreats in the Insight tradition including several with his guiding teacher Yanai Postelnik. Rod has also sat the MBSR in Mind Body Medicine training with the programs founder Jon Kabat-Zinn and is a qualified MBSR teacher with the Center for Mindfulness at Umass Medical School. He is also a professional member of the American Mindfulness Research Association (AMRA).

Erin Maloney Woo, M.Ed.,  is an Adjunct Teacher at the Mindfulness Center at the Brown University School of Public Health, where she specializes in designing and leading mindfulness programs for educators and corporate Clients. Erin is on the Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and at NHTI Community College. At Mindful Schools, Erin is a Guiding Teacher in the Mindful Teacher Certification Program. She transitioned into teaching in 2005 when she left her career as a corporate architect. Erin leads retreats and teaches courses in a variety of settings, including with corporate Clients, non-profits and schools. She also coaches individual Clients one-on-one. Erin leads weekly meditation groups in her community and online.
