Rod Francis is an international Coach, teacher, speaker and writer. Alongside several other professional qualifications, Rod is an International Coach Federation credentialed Positive Psychology Coach having trained with Robert Biswas-Diener. He's been coaching and mentoring for almost two decades, teaching for over 3 decades and is Senior Coaching Faculty @ the Human Potential Institute. Rod has had a meditation practice for approximately three decades and has sat many teacher led retreats in the Insight tradition including several with his guiding teacher Yanai Postelnik. Rod has also sat the MBSR in Mind Body Medicine training with the programs founder Jon Kabat-Zinn and is a qualified MBSR teacher with the Center for Mindfulness at Umass Medical School. He is also a professional member of the American Mindfulness Research Association (AMRA).
